My spouse has a deferred adjudication for assult to a family member. Can he apply to have the records �sealed�

Based on what you have written, it depends upon what your spouse was actually charged with and what charge he plead to. Texas Government Code section 411.081 sets forth the requirements of Non-Disclosures. There is a specific comment in the Texas Government Code regarding any other offense involving family violence, as defined by section 71.002, Famiy Code.
