Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
deferred adjudication probation
If a person is placed on deferred adjudication probation and successfully complete the terms and conditions of this probation (which now means no conviction, correct?) are they still required to register as a sex offender.

It is going to depend on what the charge was and what date the individual was placed on probation.
