deferred adjudication in texas and federal record
if i file a motion for non disclosure for a ,successfully completed, deferred adjudicated felony, will it still show on federal record by' DOJ' ?

If you are asking if the DOJ will still see your state sealed record, the answer is yes.
If you are asking if you can go through state court and seal a federal record, the answer is no. If you want to seal a federal record, you will have to follow federal guidelines, in federal court.
