deferred adjudication in texas

How do I (or can I) get a marijuana charge,and probation, expunged if it was a deferred adjudication that was completed successfully -all debts paid-..it ended in 2005(this happened in texas) and I currently live in Washington state?

Hello there,

You cannot have your case expunged because you plead guilty and were placed on deferred probation. But, you can file a motion for non disclosure so it doesn't show up whenever a prospective employer checks your criminal history.
