Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was given deferred adjudication about 10yrs ago for theft by check how can I see if its still on my record and will this prevent me from obtaining a ccw.

I don't know what a ccw is. However, your record will show that you were arrested and that you received deferred. If you successfully completed the terms of your probation, you should be eligible to file a motion for nondisclosure of criminal record with the convicting court.
