Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Deferred Adjudication

I was given Deferred Adjudication with 5yrs probation 150hrs of community service court fees/fines and monthly probation fees, the first 2 1/2 yrs I completed half of my community service hours paid my court fees/fines but behind on probation fees. I stopped going to see my PO moved out of state to attend college, I'm also working, basically I'm working on becoming a respectable citizen. I know I'm in violation since I moved out of state and my question is, will the judge look at what I'm trying to accompish or send my to prison for violation of my probation and is it possible to get my probation transferred to the state I currently reside at?

Re: Deferred Adjudication

Get a lawyer immediately in the county in which you are on probation. No doubt you will be (have been) violated, but a good criminal defense lawyer might be able to lessen the damage.
