Only three things can be expunged:

1. Dismissed case (not deferred)

2. Found not guilty

3. Pardoned by the Gov.

Deferreds can sometimes be sealed

You may be eligible for a non-disclosure or an expunction. It depends on the crime, what was the punishment (i.e. deferred, dismissal, not guilty, and etc.), and the date of the punishment.

When was the offense? What was the offense? What county were you in? Do you happen to have the papers from it that tell you what court you were in as well? Have you had any other convictions, deferred since this one?

Why all the questions? To properly answer your question, I need a little more info otherwise I can tell you only about non-disclosures in general and we would not know if they apply to your case without more facts. If you had other deferreds then we have to work with the most recent and go backwards, trying to get each sealed from public disclosure.
