Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
deferred judication
my girlfriend was given 10 yrs of deferred judication for sexual assalt/she has been on probation and has been for 8yrs, can u get off early in the state ot texas , or do have to serve the full ten, and since she has to register for life, is their a way to get out the registion process????

It is not impossible, but not likely that she can avoid registration. If her PO is satisfied with her behavior, the PO might not contest an early termination.
