Deferred Judification
What is Deferred Judification? Does this go on your record and after a certain time its esponaged?

Re: Deferred Judification
To Defer adjudication is to set aside guilt for a certain time set by the judge.
If you successfully complete probation during that period your record will show that you had been arrested for the charge but not convicted.
To have this permanently removed you will have to petition the court to have your record expunged after you successfully complete probation.
