Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

deferred judification

How can I get my deferred judification records sealed from public inspection? How can you file a petition for non-disclosure? I understand the goverment will still have access to my record.

Based on what you have written and dependent upon the specifics of your case; you may or may not be eligible for an expunction of your record. A petition for non-disclosure will generally seal your criminal records from public disclsoure.
