deferred judification
When being placed on deferred judification will you be required to take a drug test? If so, will is be at the court on the same day your court date is? What happens if you fail your first drug test on Deferred Judification?

If the original charge is for drug use, then you will be taking drug tests. Every county has different procedures, and you need to be prepared to pass a drug test on the date of the plea. If it is dirty, you could be revoked the same day. Depends upon the probation officer.
