deferred prosecution
Is there deferred prosecution available in Texas for an adult not a juvenile. If someone has deferred adjudication...do they ever find a good job?

Re: deferred prosecution
Adults certainly qualify for deferred, under the right circumstances.
If there is a successful deferred, then it is unlikely that the charge will be expunged, but it is possible that it would eventually qualify for an order of non-disclosure, so that the general public would not be aware of the charges.
Talk with an attorney in your area to represent you in a way that you have the best possible outcome for your circumstances. Good luck.
