Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How Can I get a Deferrred adjuctaion sentence and arrest off my records, do I qualify for a Non-Disclosure, or an expunction. The charge was theft of property 15,00 not over 20,000.00 back when I was 18. I plead guilty as I really did not know what I was doing they said it would not be on my records after I did all my probation and paid restatution, but its still there what can I do to get it off.

While you won't qualify for an expunction, because you did serve probation, you should qualify for an order of nondisclosure. Because your case was a felony, you're going to have to wait at least five years after the date your case was dismissed and your probation discharged before you will be able to apply for the nondisclosure. If you're interested in more information, you're welcome to email me and I'll be happy to discuss the specifics with you.
