Based on what you have written, each attorney and law firm will have a variety of costs for such services. Do not let costs be the determining factor is obtaining the result you want. Are you sure that the meet the requirements for a felony deferred? You should consult with a local law firm to verify that your case meets the statutory requirements. First you need to understand that you cannot get the conviction "completely" off your record.

The only way to get something completely off your record is to have the item expunged. Expunction can only happen where there is an acquittal, dismissal, or a pardoned conviction.

Since you received deferred, there is no conviction to pardon. Hence your would not be eligible for expunction unless the probation were revoked.

If you successfully complete the probation, you can file a motion for non-disclosure. When granted this will remove the fact of the arrest and disposition from all records except the court, law enforcement, and about twenty state agencies.

Regarding the cost, all I can do is suggest that you shop around.
