Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I did get deffered adjudication for a miscdeamenor class c employee theft case. The case was expunged and sealed. When the arrest warrant was sent to my address, I did post a bond and so I was never arrested. BUT: Record has been showing an Arrest record causing me problems during my Green Card approval, Citizenship approval and now I am subjected to second inspection at airports? What can I do to make the court clear this mishap??

are you sure it was expunged? Did you file a lawsuit in civil court requesting an expunction? Did you serve all of the relevant agencies with the expunction order? Just because you get deferred on something does not mean it is automatically expunged.

If you did get a proper expunction, it sounds like one of the agencies did not get served with the order. You would need to have your expunction lawyer look into that for you.
