Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Deffered
I had a court case in Oklahoma in March of '04. I was sentenced deffered judification. I recently applied for an apartment and was refused due to my record. Why is this showing up all of a sudden? I have applied at several other apartments and no one has mention this to me before. And how would I go about expunging this?

Re: Deffered
You need to repost your question, directed at OK lawyers. I do not know the OK law. Depending upon the circumstances, you could not get an expunction in Texas, but you might get the files sealed, so that this does not happen again. OK might have a similar law.
