deffered jucification AFTER probation
if i got convicted of possesion, will it come off of, or be sealed from my records after i complete the probation? are there steps i should take after completing probation or would it just happen on its own? My main concern is regarding employers attemtping to do background checks on me. HARRIS COUNTY

If you have a conviction you cannot get an expunction or a nondisclosure. It will never come off of your records, unless there is a change in the law. If you got deferred adjudication, then you can apply for a nondisclosure (if you qualify) after you complete it, and do not commit any other offense. Generally it is one year for misdemeanors and five years for felonies.
