If you violate the conditions of your probation, the DA can file a motion to revoke your probation.

The judge can deny the motion and continue you on probation. Or he can continue you on probation and reset the motion.

If the judge grants the motion to revoke, he will have to sentence you, since you got deferred adjudication probation. The judge can impose a jail sentence. He can also probate that sentence.

Generally what the judge does depends upon the facts, including how well you have done on probation, how far along you are and the violation.

You need to consult an attorney to go help you with the details.
