deffered judification
if u plead guilty to a possesion charge and got deffered judification because it was your first offense, is there a chance that this felony can ever be removed or sealed from your records???

If complete defer probation ,then likely can get a non-disclosure.

you would likely be eligible for what is called a petition for non-disclosure. This will not remove or clear your record, but would "seal" it from most private entities.
