Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

defferred judification

A judge set a bond of $100,000.00 for my son breaking probation on a misdemeanor because he has a charge which is a misdemeanor filed against him while he was on probation. He is innocent of this charge however the bond is not being reduced. How can this be right?

Your attorney will probably need to file a Writ of Habeas Corpus in order to get the bond lowered. However, by the time you fight the Habeas Corpus hearing the other cases will be disposed of. You need to contact a criminal attorney in your area and get them started in your son's case right away.
