Definitions
Crminal Charge -- Felony 3rd degree...how many announcement hearings does one get? Also, what does Nisi recalled mean? If the defendant is late to court several times, what happens?

The number of announcement hearings is a policy of each individual court, and the deftness of your attorney if attempting to delay the proceedings.
A Judgment Nisi is issued on a failure to appear, and a breach of the bond. It is recalled if the judge accepts the excuse, and the bond is reinstated. If the defendant keeps showing up late, the judge would be within rights to revoke the bond, so that the defendant would be timely, from the jail, in the future.
