Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can i get a Second degree felony sealed from my record in texas it was a Burglary of a habitation With intent to commit theft i was senteced to 90 days bootcamp and probation. I completed it and it over 12 years old this was in Texas.

There are two options that may cover your situation. If you received deferred adjudication probation and completed it successfully, you can file a motion for nondisclosure of criminal record with the sentencing court.
If you did not receive deferred, you can file for a pardon from the governor. If you are pardoned, you can file a petition for expunction with the District Court in the county where you were sentenced.
