Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
deposition - criminal witness
I recieved a call from a defense attorney asking me to provide a statement to help defend his client - an associate of mine at previous job - charged with a computer crime(we all worked out of the same home office) He wants me to submit a statement detailing others may have had access to this mans computer and home.
I dont feel comfortable ''defending'' him - do I have to provide this statement?
