Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Detained in a different county for a warrant?
My little brother has a warrant in Bandera county and he was arrested in San Antonio. He was cleared on all his charges in San ANtonio but they are still holding him for Bandera Tx. How many days can they actually hold him for until Bandera comes to pick him up? I have heard 10, and 15 days. Please help me!!
