Di you get a plea offer at docket call and will you be really arrested if out on bond

Your question does not make sense. If you have a lawyer or it is a low grade misdemeanor case (in some counties - not larger counties), you might get a plea offer at your first appearance. And, if you bond out, you will not be arrested unless you commit a violation of your bond.
