discharging air guns in city limits
Is a paintball gun considered an air gun. The name paintball gun is missleading it is actually a numatic pait marker. Also paint balls travel at a lower speed than a pellet or a bb from a pellet gun. so is shooting a paint ball gun in city limits same as discharging an air rifle in the city limits

Re: discharging air guns in city limits
It is the method of propulsion, not the character of the projectile, which brings the device within the statutory definition of "air gun." Since the device fires a projectile from the barrel by means of compressed air, it is an air gun regardless of the name given it.
