Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Discovery of evidence was granted by the judge and the city attorney was to send me all the evidence to me, both paper, and video evidence. The city attorney sent me the paper part of it in the mail but did not send me the video. Said I would have to send them a CD and or go into there office to watch the video. The judge said send it to me and the attorney knew from the court motion that I had filed that I work a full time job Monday to Friday (reason why judge said mail)

The judge also said to have all the evidence sent to me by X date before the court day. If I send them the CD it will be close to the time that my court day is...and I do not wish to watch it in-front of them.

Is the city stepping out of line or am I just being to hard to work with? What action should I take?

It is regular practice for criminal defense lawyers to provide CDs to the State in order to obtain copies of their CDs. They do not have to foot the bill for your CD. Provide the CD.
