dismiss a case
how can i get a case dismissed for pills in my possesion that wearn't mine, the person that pills they were has a prescription for them. the da said the prescription needs to be brought to them to see what they can do, but she wont cooperate w/ me and do that.

The prescription only works if it were your pills. What you need is an affidavit from the person who had the prescription stating that you were holding the pills for her.
