Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
dismissed charge
I went through a pretrial diversion program for theft charges $50$500 and successfully completed the program. The charges were dismissed but I am curious if the charges will be on my record.

Re: dismissed charge
Since you were successful, once the statute of limitations has expired, the ADA will probably agree to an expunction (at the least an Order of NonDisclosure). Get a lawyer to look into it for you.
