Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Dismissed Felonyma
I have acquired a drug related felony, but it has been dismissed. I am being offered a program to expunge it, but I was just wondering what the difference between expunction and dismissal would be, and how it would affect me later in life. I'm in school for chemical engineering; would the dismissed felony prevent me from attaining a job?
