Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
disorderely conduct charge
My son received a ticket for fighting in school when he was 13 and he is now 21 and when he come home there was a note on the door that a officer was here to pick him up for a warrant on that violation 10 years ago.What do we need to do? Thank you

Your son needs to contact a criminal defense attorney in your area. Because of the age of the case, and several other issues, the warrant may not be any good. With an attorney he will stand a better chance of getting it dismissed. Good Luck
