Disorderly Conduct

I was arrested for DOC. My brother-n-law was being beaten by police and I kept asking police to quit hitting him in handcuffs and also what was the reason for arresting him. They told me to leave for it was not my business. I said it was my business for it was family. I moved away from them onto the sidewalk and continued asking why they were hitting him. One officer asked me to come talk and he arrested me for DOC. I never swore or used any threatening language. I complied with all asked except leaving the scene. I did not shout but did rasie my voice for there were hundreds of people around. What should I do?

Get a lawyer for yourself and your brother. In the meantime, get a medical exam of your brother in law, as well as photographic documentation of the bruises.
