Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can a district attorney approach a bailbondmen who is there for a defenant, outside of court setting and try andn persuade them not to post bond?

Personally I would consider it unethical, but cannot think of a disciplinary rule that he is violating. So although distasteful, is probably legal.
