Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can a district attorney persuade a bail bond company not to post bond a defendent in outside of a court hearing?

i personally have not heard of a DA doing that before, but i cant think of a reason why they legally cant do it. Falls into the category of being a jerk more than anything else.
