Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can a district county judge change a ruling that a sitting judge made an filed?
In other words if a sitting judge was my judge in a dwi and he said and made a ruling that he suspends my DL for 6 months can the regular judge that was on vacation after the 6 months is over he wants it to be 2 years. billy
