Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I'm divorced and I have a 15 yr boy. My son was involved in an incident where I'm going to sued for damages resulting from another child's injuries due to my sons actions. My question is....,is my exhusband's responsible for half of the damages because he is the father? He says he isn't because my son wasn't with him. We live in Texas if that matters. I'm the custodial and he has standard visitation but we have joint custody.
