Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I now have the documentation to prove that my ex-husband lied during our divorce hearing showing that indeed he does own the house he is living in and did during the trial period. He testified that he was renting the house and did not own it. Tarrant County Appraisal District says different. How do I present the evidence to the Judge showing this perjury. She is now a Texas Supreme District Judge and not in Tarrant County anymore.

Discuss this with the lawyer who represented you during the divorce. You won't be able to get it to that particular judge, it would be the judge who is now presiding in the court where your divorce trial was held. You're going to need a lawyer to try to reopen the case, and it won't be easy.
