Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had a domestic dispute with my husband and went to the police station and filed a report I don't want to press charges and now a detective is looking for both of us what do I do since I don't want to press charges?

You don't explain why a detective is looking for you. You probably need to hire an attorney, at the minimum, for your husband. Once this ball starts rolling, it tends to snowball quickly. Different jurisdictions handle these cases differently.
