Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
There was a domestic dispute that occured and now I am involved in a criminal case. How does that effect the victim if he may have initiated the dispute?

Initiating a dispute verbally does not give another the right to use physical force. You need to hire a lawyer to discuss any potential self defense.
