Re: Domestic Violence

There are very specific rules for expungement in Texas; however, there are other remedies not so difficult to get. Contact us, to see if we can help you.

Re: Domestic Violence

It may be possible to "seal" your record if you completed deferred adjudication probation, and 2 years has passed since the completion of your probation and no other offense have occurred if the case was a misdemeanor. If the offense involved a felony with deferred adjudication, it may be possible to seal the court records if certain time frames have occurred as well. Contact a local attorney to determine whether you meet all the specific requirements in your case. If you received an out right conviction, I am unaware of any option to remove the conviction from your record. I do recommend you still get an opinion by an attorney that will review all the relevant information (the court documents) in your case.
