domestic violence
my grandson is charged with assault with deadley weapon is in jail with 50000 bond and a restraing orders I need to know how I go about getting him on bond and if I can put up cash bond and if it will be retutned after court apperance

If post cash bond, then you will get back when case is disposed of. If you are going to post cash bond, you need to go down to the county jail that he is in. if not, then call bailbonds person.
