Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Domestic violence victim who did not seek or refused help during the time of going to court. Can she get medical help now?

Is the case over? Regardless, she should contact the prosecutor who was handling the case and see if they can help her get help. (I assume counseling.) It does not matter the timing, she is still a victim. If not, then contact local women's shelter's for referrals.
