Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Drivers License Destroyed
A girl I knew through a friend stole my drivers license. I found out she had it and was using it because she was underage. When I went to get it back, it was in an envelope, cut up, with profanity written on it. Is there anything I can do about this?

You could have her charged with a crime and you can go to DPS and get a new license.
