Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have two drivers licenses one from ca and the other tx. i live in tex and want to turn in the ca. how do i do this with out getting in trouble.

Call the CA DMV that you have moved to Texas and now have a Texas Drivers License and ask them what they want you to do with the license. Get an address to write to them and send in a letter thanking them and something like as per the instructions on [DATE] with [Mr./Mrs. Doe] I am notifying you in writing that I have moved to Texas, my current address is ... and (am enclosing my cut up CA license) or (have destroyed it) or (etc). Keep a copy for your files.
