Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone is driving my car and they get busted for pot, what will happen to my car? If I am not in the car at the time can I be held responsible and arrested?

You cannot be held responsible for the drugs but it is possible they might try to forfeit your car to the State if they believe or think they can prove that you loaned the person the car knowing that they would be transporting drugs.
