How is a 3rd offense DWI prosecuted under Texas law?

It is a third dergee felony with a range
of punishment of between two years probation
(unlikely)to ten years TDC (unlikely).
Depending on where its filed it may be filed
as a misdemeanour because its harder to
prove two underlying priors.
