possible drug activity

i was stopped for ''possible drug activity'' and i was not doing anything. what happend was me and a couple of friends went to a gas station to get some cigarets, i am only 16 so i was only allowed to have 1 person in my truck, i had 3 friends. two in the front one in the bed. so the police officer asks me something like ''can i search your vehicle?'' i want to know if i can say no, you may not search my truck.

Yes, you can always refuse consent to search.
