Drug Arrest

my husband was arrested on attempted manufacture of meth

MAN DEL CS PG 1 =400G

he only had a bucket in our freeze that was a guy who he knew. The task force did not take the bucket, they left it behind for my son in law to burn and get rid of.

what are the laws on this kind of deal. How much or how many ingrediants does it take to convict him.

How much time if any can he be looking at, and do they have a case, since it was, a friend described it as ''unrocked meth oil'' and they did not take the bucket.

what do they have on him and what is the possible punishment?

See Section 481.112 Health & Safety Code; Offense Manufacture or delivery-penalty group 1; Life or 10 to 99 years and up to $100,000.00 if less than 400 grams; Life or 15 to 99 and up to $250,000.00 if 400 grams or more.
