Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Drug Charge
I was arrested in State of Colorado,
in 1984 for a possesion of schedule 2 substance w intent to distrubute.
Class c felony.Its been 24 years, I have been clean, I did not serve time in prison . I was in jail for about 3 months.Nonviolent. My only felony conviction. I now live in Texas and have since 1986.
Is it still on my record in colorado or texas. Again I was busted in Colorado.Also for me to verify where do I go to get my criminal history verified?I had less than a qurter gram on me of cocaine.

Contact the court in which you were tried. Texas law has nothing to do with your situation.
