Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Drug passesion
My husband has been in jail already
for 5 years for sell & possession of
drugs. He's been trying to get appeals
to lower his sentence but none of
them have work. Is there anyway
that they can lower it? They gave
him 25 years in prison. I would
appreciate it if you write back.

Re: Drug passesion
Hello there,
You need to hire an attorney that practices parole law. He should prepare a parole package for when he comes up for parole next.
